今日は、先週末の答え合わせですね。
緑：仙骨
黄色：尾骨
オレンジ：恥骨
でした！恥骨は坐骨のように、一つの骨ではなく、骨盤の一部なのですね。だから骨盤のアライメントに直接影響してくるわけです。
仙骨は3角形をした骨で、5つの脊椎がくっついてできています。仙骨の主な仕事は上半身の重さを骨盤に伝えることです。
尾骨は文字通り、昔しっぽだったところです。おしりから転落すると折れたりしますが、ギブスの仕様がないので残念ながらほっておくしかありません。。。

Green:Sacrum
Yellow:Coccyx
Orange:Pubic Symphysis (people called this as a pubic bone)
Pubic symphysis is like a "sit bone". It is a part of Pelvis and not the individual bone, but it's a great landmark for pelvis alignment.
Sacrum is triangular in shape and is composed of 5 fused vertebrae. It takes on the load of the upper body and transferring it to the pelvic girdle.
Coccyx was a tail bone, and yes, you can break it if you fall on to your bottom (my mum has funny shaped coccyx because she broke it when she was young...).
